An excellent session I went today for the first time. Swimming was fun the Jacuzi was warm and the Sauna and Steam room were nice and hot. Come down to have some fun and play volley ball in the water.

You can attend either session as you are 16 years old. The 9:45am – 10:45am is aimed at younger players. From 10:45am it is the adults that play. Perhaps come along and watch the sessions before deciding which one suits you.

As Salaamu alaikum
All he needs to do is turn up and speak to one of the coaches there. The under 16s session runs from 9:45am to 10:45am. Remember, this is at Drapers Field for the time being. Insha Allaah it will go back to the Score Centre (behind Leyton Orient football Ground) in a few weeks time.
