The Noor Ul Islam Primary School has been awarded the Islamic School of the Year 2010 by the Association of Muslim Schools (AMS). The award was announced and presented on Saturday 17th April 2010 to the headteacher, Sr Rookshana Adam at the AMS annual conference in Leicester.

Noor Ul Islam Youth Group in association with Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme and The Kiran Project will begin sports activities for girls aged 8-18 years, beginning Sunday 18th April 2010.

We are pleased to announce that insha Allaah on Saturday 3rd April we are hosting a free event called “Evening with Junaid Jamshed”. Insha Allaah Junaid Jamshed will be at Noor Ul Islam Trust, 713 HighRoad, Leyton, London E10 5AB from 7:45pm to give a talk and sing a couple of Nasheeds.

Please note that from 2nd April, Jumuah salah timings will change. The first Jamaah will start at 1:10pm at 715 High Road. The second, main jamaah will be at 1:30pm.
