Noor Ul Islam

Noor Ul Islam hosted a fantastic presentation by brothers from Islamic Relief on Friday 12th February. A video was played showing the support and aid delivered by Islamic Relief in Haiti and their first hand experiences were conveyed to the audience.  They detailed how their trust in Allaah helped them deliver aid to areas where other agencies were unable to go and how they set the standards for many international groups there. Unpublisied in the news here, we heard how Turkey and other countries with Muslim majorities had sent so much aid, doctors, nurses and mobile hospitals to Haiti and how the Haitians were amazed that Muslims were helping.
