Noor Ul Islam

The Noor Ul Islam Primary School started in September 2001. Since we started more parents have shown an interest in sending their children to our school. As demand exceeds the number of spaces available it is necessary for us to have an admission list. This list contains details of those who have shown an interest in admitting their children. If you do complete the admission list form, you must advise us of any changes when they occur eg address/telephone number.

When a place becomes available the school or when a new Reception class is formed we will review the admission list for that particular class and select parents to attend a meeting. The following are some of the points that are considered when selecting parents to attend a meeting:

At the meeting the necessary documents will have to be presented (birth certificate, proof of attending Noor Ul Islam Pre School…). Once the meeting is held a place may or may not be offered to the child. If a place is offered and you accept it the Initial Registration fee must be paid within a set time. If a place is offered at the beginning of the academic year but refused to be taken up at that point in time the child’s name will be taken off the list. If the parent would like the child to be on the list again they will have to re-submit a form.

Only when places have become available will the school proceed to contact parents based on the above selection process. Noor Ul Islam Primary School will not be in a position to advise you on the progress of your application until a place becomes available.

Noor Ul Islam Primary School has the right to amend its admissions criteria if necessary. The school fees are £2500 per year per child (as at 2009/10), however discounts are available.

* Attending the Pre-School does not guarantee your child a place at the Primary School. The Pre-School is not a feeder to this school.
